Service Description
Elevate your special event with the Bouquet Bar service from Get Flower’d. Our flower bar offers a stunning selection of fresh blooms, allowing your guests to create their own beautiful bouquets. Perfect for events and celebrations, our bouquet bar will add a personal and unique touch to any occasion. This package is for a minimum 3hr. and for 50 guests. *There will be an additional fee if you would like to add more guest and additional hours.
Cancellation Policy
Flower Bar Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Get Flower’d for your special event! Please review our booking policy for the Flower Bar to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Booking Details The Flower Bar rental fee is $350 for 3 hours. A staff member will arrive at your event location to set up and assist as needed. The setup requires approximately 20 minutes before the event begins, and breakdown requires 20 minutes after the event ends. Please ensure access to the venue during these times. Reservation & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible to reschedule within 90 days of the original date, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. Venue Requirements The venue must provide adequate space for the Flower Bar setup and customer interaction. Access to the venue for setup and breakdown must be ensured at the agreed times. Additional Fees Events exceeding the 3-hour limit will incur an additional hourly fee of $50, billed in full-hour increments. Travel beyond a 25-mile radius of Detroit, MI, will incur a $25 travel fee. Responsibility Get Flower’d is not responsible for any damages or issues arising from the venue or event attendees. We reserve the right to refuse service if venue conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
